If we ship you a different part from you ordered or advised you of the wrong part to order, we will gladly arrange a return. Please use the "contact us" function at the top of the help center or email us at parts@hondafactoryparts.com. Both methods of contact go to the same inbox.
If we ship you the part you ordered, but it turns to not be the part you need, all returns are subject to our return policy. You will be responsible for shipping and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
Note all returns must be requested within 30 days.
